The route options presented to the public early in 1998. The village was asked to vote on which route they would prefer and the northern route was chosen by a huge majority. The route was altered recently at the point where the Walton section meets the Ashcott bypass. The reason for this was that the two bypasses had to align with each other. When we have a revised map we will update the route map below. |
